Tip 1

Don’t just go for the interview without any preparation. Spend sufficient time on research and thinking unique points to present in the interview that can last a good impression on the recruiter. Give a glance at your work experiences and achievements. Collect enough information about the company.

Once you are done with your profile, write down the possible interview question and prepare the best answers. Think out of the box while making answers. Your answers will reflect your wisdom and personality.

Tip 3

Always show a positive attitude whilst answering the questions of employer. Don’t give any negative statement about your previous company.

Tip 4

Listen and then speak. Pay enough attention to the environment, décor, and everything around. This will help in giving a better presentation and deal with the unexpected questions.

Relate your answer to the company as much as possible. Try not to deviate and never forget to mention the achievements of the position offered to you.

Be enthusiastic throughout the interview rounds. Make the recruiter feel that you are very interested to know about the company. Be patient and don’t lose the eye contact while the company details are being shared with you by the recruiter.

Tip 7

Enquire about the routes and all possible means of transportation for the destination you have to reach. Plan everything beforehand so that you don’t get late at any cost. Leave extra early so as to avoid traffic congestion and any other problem.

Carry with you at least 3 copies of CV, educational certificates, experience evidence, call letter, salary slips regardless of what is required by the HR.

Tip 9

Keep your cell phones off. Double check for that your mobile phones are switched off. If your mobile rings in between the interview, it may leave a wrong impression and make you look careless and irresponsible.

Always ask some questions at the end of the interview. Don’t miss any opportunity to show your willingness to work with the organization. A thank you note if send after the interview is over will strengthen the possibilities of getting selected.
